TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Pontifex Jewellers ‘The 12 Gifts of Christmas’ promotion is open to customers of Pontifex Jewellers who spend $100 or more in one transaction in store between 16th November and 24th December 2020. Each person is entitled to one entry form once they spend a minimum of $100.00. Entry in the competition is open to Australian Residents aged 18 years & over. 2. Competition closes at close of business on December 24th 2020. 3. The 12 winners will be chosen at random from a draw at close of business on consecutive days between December 13 and December 24th 2020 at Pontifex Jewellers. 4. One prize per person will be given irrespective of the number of entries granted. 5. Winners agree to be photographed to be used on Facebook & Instagram & website. 6. The winner will be notiﬁed by phone immediately following the draw. If the person cannot be contacted all efforts to notify the winner will be made. If the winner cannot be contacted on the day of the draw, they will be notiﬁed in writing within 7 days of the draw. The winners will have three months to claim their prize, otherwise an unclaimed prize draw will occur on 24th March 2020 at 5pm. 5. Customers who lay-by an item or make a special order over $100 between these dates receive one entry form on the date of the original lay-by or special order. 7. Subsequent payments on a lay-by or special order do not receive additional entries into the draw unless payment is received in full by end of promotion being 24th December 2020. 8. Customers who had put an item on lay-by prior to the opening date for the competition do not receive an entry form for subsequent payments over $100 even if these payments are made after the opening date of the competition, unless payment is received in full by end of promotion being 24th December 2020. 9.
